Somali Bantu Community Garden

The Somali Bantu Community Garden is located in Kansas City, Kansas. The community garden helps the Somali Bantu refugees integrate into American culture. Many of the gardeners were farmers in their native Somalia, and have a keen interest in gardening in their new country. The gardeners will utilize the produce for their families as well as sharing it with other families in the neighborhood.
