Urban Prep Academy Community Garden, Wichita, Kansas
The Urban Prep Academy Community Garden is affiliated with both the Wichita Independent Neighborhoods, Inc., and the Christian Faith Center. The goal of the garden is to introduce children to gardening at an early age. The youth learn to grow and eat the produce, as well as take home some of the produce to share with their families. They also have the opportunity to learn how to prepare and preserve garden produce.
